So today is International Country Music Day. I have to admit that I'd rather be listening to the Man Utd v Everton match commentary on Radio Five Live - even if it is another dreadful Everton performance being described.
Actually, I'm more likely to listen to the Radio Merseyside commentary. When faced with a football match that might not yield the required result, it is always far better to opt for a local radio station. Not that they're biased. Oh, no...
Maybe I'm being too pessimistic. I can only hope that Wayne Rooney shows the crowd at Old Trafford what they're missing. But I'm enough of a realist to know that it'll be Romelu Lukaku who will score against his former club...
