I smell paint. My humans aren't being creative and producing some new artwork. They're just decorating...trying to get rid of the grubby paw prints from the walls in the hallway and landing. Please note that I don't leave grubby marks anywhere, but those little humans can be filthy after roaming in the outdoors. At least the smell of freshly baked treats keeps the paint fumes at bay...mostly.
It's an old photo now, but it's finally been chosen as one of this week's Readers' Pets on Janet Evanovich's web site. Getting the news was almost as good as hearing that Wayne Rooney had scored on Saturday...to clinch the first of many Everton victories this season.
Rex the Hamster, of course, is my hero. But I suspect that I'm far better looking.
