A three-day flower festival opens at St Margaret Clitherow Church, Lytham Road, Blackpool, on Friday. The festival, which is raising money towards the church stonework repairs, will be open from 10am to 4pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Programmes will be on sale at 30p and there will be refreshments available and crafts and plants for sale.
