The parishioners of St. Cuthbert’s Church, Blackpool, have opened a fund to celebrate the fifty years’ priesthood of Canon Lupton, who has also completed forty-six years as rector of the parish. Canon Lupton has taken a prominent part in the public life of the town, and is a member of the local Education Committee.
